Given the general demographics of advisers, and TripleA members, the sale or purchase of books and/or whole businesses is not an uncommon event these days. If you are considering doing this, let the TripleA know, as we can help promote your book/business for you (without divulging key details). This may spark additional interest. If so, the Association would then connect you to that interested party. TripleA itself wouldn’t get involved in any way with the sale/purchase process but we may be able to help facilitate that initial contact. The process we follow is outlined here.

We have buyers interested in the areas of Auckland, Hawkes Bay, Manawatu, Wairarapa, Taupo and Gisborne. Books and/or businesses could include mortgage, risk, general insurance, KiwiSaver and investment.

Note: If you have an Independent Agreement with AMP, there are process requirements in that agreement that you need to be aware of and follow.
